We welcome up to two pets per household. Dogs must not exceed 65 lbs, and cats are limited to 40 lbs. Animals not typically found in households, such as monkeys, large birds, farm animals, squirrels, large snakes, and large lizards, are prohibited. Specific dog breeds, including Tosa Inus, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bull Terriers, and others, are restricted due to safety concerns. All pets must be spayed or neutered.
Residents with disabilities requiring emotional support or service animals, as recommended by a licensed doctor, are allowed in compliance with HUD fair housing regulations. However, the animal must not pose risks to property or other residents.

I have lived here for awhile, The service I have received here has been great. Quick response to all maintenance requests. Jackie goes above and beyond even for small things. I enjoy living here. This is was a great choice. Also, The gym is really nice.
When I moved here 2 months ago I was becoming skeptical of moving here because you could never reach the landlord and she was not responsive to issues at ALL. I would like to say the new property manager Sadi is AMAZING!!! She’s GREAT with communication and VERY attentive to her tenants. When I first met Sadi i brought my issues to her attention and she was on it. She had the issues resolved in a timely manner and also followed up to make sure everything was still going okay. I would like to also say the maintenance men John and Jason are AMAZING as well. They are responsive and also attentive to the tenants as well and went over and BEYOND to get the problem fixed.

Beautiful apartments, new gym, thick walls. I haven't heard any neighbors except when they walk past my front door! The property manager is super nice and if you have a problem, she jumps on it immediately to make sure it's fixed.
